Volunteers are needed to contact military
families by phone for satisfaction level following their recent contact
with the American Red Cross.
Volunteers may also assist with
contacting medical and military personnel to verify information for the
processing of emergency messages or leave requests.
Full training provided for this
department that is open 24 hours a day/7 days a week.
Volunteer should have good phone skills,
a desire to help, and be empathetic.
