Our Emergency Services Call Center is available to more than 90 Red Cross Chapters across the country because of the generous financial support of the Pioneer Valley community.  Local support has facilitated our ability to build and maintain a state-of-the-art, technologically advanced, emergency call center that is available around the clock, 365 days a year.

The Pioneer Valley Chapter's Call Center handles over 35,000 emergency transmissions annually and is here to serve both locally and across the country.
